Low pass signal:

              fhighest =350KHz

So, sampling rate=2* fhighest

                       =2 * 350KHz

                       =700,000 s

Part b:

Solution:

Nb=log2 2048 bits

Quantization 11 bits/sample:

Bit rate= 700,000*11

             =7700 khz
